On an average day, many of us hear those fire truck sirens blaring as our brave firefighters go and risk their lives to help save others. Stonewall Sports-Raleigh and Heat Fitness Studio are teaming up to honor those who have made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our community. On September 9, 2017 we are hosting SWEAT FOR THE CAUSE!, a one hour charity group exercise class where the proceeds will go to benefit the North Carolina Fallen Firefighters Foundation.
